Easy Broccoli and Brussels Sprouts with Apple Bake

A very simple side dish for weeknight dinners!

Serves: 1, Prep Time: 10 minutes, Total Time: 35 minutes.


  • 1 cup broccoli

  • 1 cup brussels sprouts

  • 1 apple

  • 1 shallot

  • 2 tbsp. Nutritional Yeast

  • 4 bulbs garlic


  1. Preheat oven to 245°F.

  2. Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces. Cut brussels sprouts in half. Slice and core apple. Cut up shallot into about 4 or 5 pieces.

  3. Add all into a medium bowl with 1 tbs. of avocado oil and salt and pepper. Spread on a cooking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle with Nutritional Yeast after cooking. Serve.

Chef's Tip: Multiply ingredients by the number of servings desired.
