A very simple side dish for weeknight dinners!
Serves: 1, Prep Time: 10 minutes, Total Time: 35 minutes.
1 cup broccoli
1 cup brussels sprouts
2 tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
4 bulbs garlic
Preheat oven to 245°F.
Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces. Cut brussels sprouts in half. Slice and core apple. Cut up shallot into about 4 or 5 pieces.
Add all into a medium bowl with 1 tbs. of avocado oil and salt and pepper. Spread on a cooking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with Nutritional Yeast after cooking. Serve.
Chef's Tip: Multiply ingredients by the number of servings desired.
