A healthy alternative to a yummy dessert!
Serves: 4, Prep Time: 7 minutes, Total Time: 37 minutes.
4-5 apples, sliced & cored (skins on)
3 tbsps. coconut butter or oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup pecans
Core and slice apples (keep skin on).
Melt coconut butter and add vanilla.
Sprinkle with the pecans.
Bake in oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
