Easy way to prepare artichoke hearts in the Instant Pot.
Serves: 3, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients
Rosemary
Lemon Juice
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Directions
Add 1 cup water to 16 cup pot duvet that comes with Instant Pot and put in artichokes (you can fit about 3 artichoke hearts in this pot)
Add rosemary, lemon juice, olive oil, and sea salt to taste to the top of the artichoke hearts
Cover and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes. Quick release the pressure. Allow to cool before serving.
