3-Ingredient Banana Pancakes

Simple and delicious!

Serves: 4, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 10 minutes.


  • ½ cup oatmeal

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 banana

  • ½ tsp. vanilla

  • Pinch of cinnamon


  1. These are quick, easy, and yummy. Put all ingredients into your blender and blend well for 15-20 seconds.

  2. Cook your pancakes on a griddle heated to medium-high, cooking from about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Chef's Tip: Blend the oatmeal beforehand to create a smoother consistency. Additions for fall time: Add ½ cup pumpkin puree and a dash of nutmeg.
