The perfect cozy breakfast!
Serves: 2, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 10 minutes.
1 cup gluten-free oats
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp. raw honey
2 tbsp. chia seeds
3 tbsp. apples (chopped)
Mix all ingredients except for 1 tbsp. of chopped apple.
Store in a container and refrigerate overnight.
Garish with 1 tbsp chopped apple, more honey, and a spoonful of cinnamon.
