Egg Roll Bowl

Savory and flavorful meal!

Serves: 4, Prep Time: 30 minutes, Total Time: 50 minutes.


  • 1 lb. lean beef (choose another protein if you'd like)

  • 1 tbs. sesame oil

  • 1 cup bell pepper (chopped, any color)

  • 1 cup celery (diced)

  • 1 onion (diced)

  • 1 tbs. garlic (minced)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)

  • 4 cups green cabbage (shredded)

  • ½ cup beef broth

  • 1 tbs. Bragg Liquid Aminos (coconut aminos or tamari soy sauce will also do)

  • 2 cups Bok Choy or greens of your choice

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

  • Fresh cabbage for garnish

  • Green onions sliced for garnish


  1. Brown ground beef in a hot skillet with oil, bell pepper, celery, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.

  2. Add mushrooms and saute until tender.

  3. Add cabbage, beef broth and Bragg Liquid Aminos. Saute until cabbage is slightly wilted.

  4. Add Bok Choy and garnish with fresh cabbage, cilantro and green onion.
