Healthy Simple Apple Crisp

A healthy alternative to a yummy dessert!
















Serves: 4, Prep Time: 7 minutes, Total Time: 37 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4-5 apples, sliced & cored (skins on)

  • 3 tbsps. coconut butter or oil

  • 2 tsp. vanilla

  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 cup pecans


Directions

  1. Core and slice apples (keep skin on).

  2. Melt coconut butter and add vanilla.

  3. Sprinkle cinnamon.

  4. Sprinkle with the pecans.

  5. Bake in oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
