Holiday Marinade

A festive marinade perfect for pork, chicken, or turkey!

Serves: 4-6, Prep Time: 10 minutes, Total Time: 15 minutes.


  • 3 tsp. dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar

  • 3 tsp. total of: (thyme, oregano, rosemary, bay leaves - your choice or all four)

  • 2 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 3 tsp. smoked paprika

  • Freshly ground pepper


  1. Whisk together ingredients.

  2. Place meat in a baking dish, rub with marinade, cover with foil and place in refrigerator.

  3. After meat is sufficiently marinated*, cook accordingly.

Chef's Tip: *Marinade time will vary based on the amount of meat you are cooking. A good rule of thumb is 1 hour for every pound of meat.
