An easy, quick, and delicious dip that pairs well with any vegetable!
Serves: 8, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 15 minutes.
3 tbs. rice wine vinegar
1 green onion (thinly sliced)
2 tsp. miso paste
3 tbs. sesame oil
Fresh ground black pepper (add to taste)
Whisk together the rice wine vinegar and green onion in a medium bowl. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
Whisk in the miso, then drizzle in the oil, constantly whisking until the vinaigrette emulsifies.
Add black pepper to taste.
