Miso Vinaigrette

An easy, quick, and delicious dip that pairs well with any vegetable!

Serves: 8, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 15 minutes.


  • 3 tbs. rice wine vinegar

  • 1 green onion (thinly sliced)

  • 2 tsp. miso paste

  • 3 tbs. sesame oil

  • Fresh ground black pepper (add to taste)


  1. Whisk together the rice wine vinegar and green onion in a medium bowl. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.

  2. Whisk in the miso, then drizzle in the oil, constantly whisking until the vinaigrette emulsifies.

  3. Add black pepper to taste.
