Sausage Spinach Breakfast

A yummy low-carb breakfast!











Serves: 2, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • ½ lb. sausage (can replace w/ bacon) nitrate-free

  • 1 tsp. coconut oil

  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms

  • ½ onion (chopped)

  • Dash paprika

  • 4 cups spinach


Directions

  1. Heat skillet over medium heat.

  2. Saute onions in coconut oil for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add mushrooms, sausage (or bacon) and paprika and cook until browned.

  4. Add spinach and reduce heat to medium-low for 4-5 minutes.

  5. ENJOY!
