Simple Flax Seed Crackers

Easy homemade crackers full of flavor and you know the ingredients.

Serves: 11, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 30 minutes.


  • 2 cups ground flax

  • 1 cup of water (start with ¾ cup)

  • ½ tsp. salt

  • ½ tsp. garlic powder

  • ½ tsp. onion powder


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. Mix ingredients in a bowl until an even dough forms.

  3. Spread evenly on parchment or silicone lined baking sheet (about ½-¼ inch thick).

  4. Gently cut dough into squares on the baking sheet. Cut just enough so it snaps after cooking.

  5. Bake 20-30 minutes until crisp and edges are browned and not burnt.
