Serves: 11, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 30 minutes.
2 cups ground flax
1 cup of water (start with ¾ cup)
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
Preheat oven to 400°F
Mix ingredients in a bowl until an even dough forms.
Spread evenly on parchment or silicone lined baking sheet (about ½-¼ inch thick).
Gently cut dough into squares on the baking sheet. Cut just enough so it snaps after cooking.
Bake 20-30 minutes until crisp and edges are browned and not burnt.
