Smoothie Freezer Packs

Serves: 2-3, Prep time: 20 minutes, Total Time: 20 minutes.


  • 2 cups of spinach (freezes well)

  • 1 ½ cup of organic mixed frozen or fresh berries.

  • ½-1 banana (optional)

  • ½ cup greek yogurt (optional)

  • 2 tbsp. flax seed (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients in a storage bag of your choice (I like food grade silicone bags). Put in the freezer for easy access.

  2. Try to use packets within 30 days.

Chef's Tips: You can replace bananas with frozen fruit, yogurt, avocado, frozen fruit, chia seeds, ground oatmeal, or tofu to help thicken. You can add super nutrients to your smoothies. Ideas: flax seed, chia seed, hemp seed, nut butters, quality protein powders, maca, turmeric, chia seeds, collagen, Matcha, Camu Camu, or Goji Berries.
