2 cups of spinach (freezes well)
1 ½ cup of organic mixed frozen or fresh berries.
½-1 banana (optional)
½ cup greek yogurt (optional)
2 tbsp. flax seed (optional)
Place all ingredients in a storage bag of your choice (I like food grade silicone bags). Put in the freezer for easy access.
Try to use packets within 30 days.
Chef's Tips: You can replace bananas with frozen fruit, yogurt, avocado, frozen fruit, chia seeds, ground oatmeal, or tofu to help thicken. You can add super nutrients to your smoothies.
