Spice Up Your Life Hummus

A yummy homemade hummus!

Serves: 4, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 15 minutes.


  • 1 can organic chickpeas

  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice

  • 3 tbsp. tahini

  • 2 medium cloves of garlic

  • ½ tsp. real salt

  • Seasonings for topping


  1. Rinse chickpeas and mince the garlic.

  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.

  3. Blend ingredients until you have a smooth consistency.

  4. Pour hummus into the serving dish and sprinkle with chili powder, paprika, or other favorite seasonings for topping!
