A yummy homemade hummus!
Serves: 4, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 15 minutes.
1 can organic chickpeas
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. tahini
2 medium cloves of garlic
½ tsp. real salt
Seasonings for topping
Rinse chickpeas and mince the garlic.
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
Blend ingredients until you have a smooth consistency.
Pour hummus into the serving dish and sprinkle with chili powder, paprika, or other favorite seasonings for topping!
