Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

A healthy and delicious side!

Serves: 4, Prep Time: 10 minutes, Total Time: 25 minutes.


  • 1 head cauliflower

  • 2 tbsp. ghee

  • 1 tbsp. rosemary

  • 2 cloves of garlic


  1. Boil water. Cut up the cauliflower into small pieces.

  2. Boil cauliflower for about 10 minutes. Drain.

  3. Put cauliflower in a blender with the rest of ingredients and blend.
