Very easy, yummy peppers!
Serves: 2-8, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 15 minutes.
Peppers (red, yellow, or orange)
Olive oil and garlic for extra flavor (optional)
Preheat oven to 500°F.
Cut off the top of the peppers. Cut around the stem and use those pieces.
Oil a pan. Place peppers upside down on the pan.
Cook on the top rack for 8 minutes.
Cool and serve.
