Cinnamon Butternut Squash with Bacon

A sweet and savory delight!

Serves: 6, Prep Time: 15 minutes, Total Time: 40 minutes.


  • 1 butternut squash

  • 2-3 tbsp. olive oil or ghee

  • 1-2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 3-4 strips cooked bacon (optional)


  1. Preheat oven 350°F. Peel, remove seeds and cube the butternut squash.

  2. Transfer squash to a baking dish. Add oil or ghee. Mix to coat.

  3. Add cinnamon and put into bake for 20 minutes.

  4. Add cooked bacon and cook an additional 10 minutes
