Green Vitality Juice

Healthy and quick juice recipe to start your day!

Serves: 2, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 10 minutes.


  • 1 cup spinach or kale

  • 2 celery sticks

  • ½ large cucumber

  • 1 apple, cored

  • 1 handful parsley

  • ¼ lime

  • ¼ lemon


  1. Wash all produce well.

  2. Prepare produce by cutting into pieces, small enough to fit in the top of the juicer.

  3. Add one ingredient to the juicer at a time, beginning with the leafy greens.

  4. Pour all the juice into a glass and drink immediately, or refrigerate in a well concealed container.
