A healthy twist to fried chicken!
Serves: 4, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 30 minutes.
2 tbs. ghee (you can use grass fed butter)
Favorite seasoning (I like U.S. Wellness All Purpose Seasoning)
4-6 chicken thighs with the skin
Put 2-3 tbs. ghee in pan on medium high heat on the stove.
Cook skin side first for about 10-15 minutes.
Turn over and cook for another 10 minutes.
