Healthy & Simple Apple Crisp

A simple and healthy version of your favorite apple crisp!

Serves: 4, Prep Time: 10 minutes, Total Time: 40 minutes.


  • 4-5 apples (sliced & cored with skins on)

  • 3 tbsp. coconut butter

  • 2 tsp. vanilla

  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 cup pecans


  1. Core and slice apples (keep skin on). Place apples in a baking dish.

  2. Melt coconut butter. Add coconut butter and vanilla onto apples.

  3. Sprinkle cinnamon. Sprinkle with the pecans.

  4. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
